In 2018, our team finished the addition of a brand new wing to offer improved care and support. We are pleased to offer spacious living suites that include kitchenettes, a larger activity room, an updated dining room, a physical/occupational therapy room and a new large living room with fireplace. These new features give residents more options in the way they live to live, as well as to add to the natural charm and beauty of our facility.

The Grounds

Nature abounds on the 130 acres that comprise the ground of Maple Valley. The property behind is open and features a breathtaking view of woodlands and Anthony Run. The rooms were specially designed to allow the outdoors in. The atmosphere throughout Maple Valley is very spacious and airy.

We at Maple Valley believe that life is rewarding at any age. We are here to assist our residents to live their lives to the fullest, not matter what their limitations may be.

The Facility

We are proud of the warm and inviting atmosphere of our facility. Our residents are encouraged to surround themselves with their most cherished treasures, family photos and any other personal effects they consider dear. Residents may bring their own furniture to decorate their rooms or we can provide that service if needed. Located just minutes from Indiana on Anthony Run Road, it is only a short drive to a peaceful personal care home with the best services in the area.

The Lifestyle

Maple Valley will provide restorative programs and promote an active healthy lifestyle. The facility is owned and operated by a physical therapist who specializes in geriatrics. We use this expertise to establish programs that assist our residents in maintain their highest level of function, thereby allowing a high quality of life.
